• Design their own custom bouquet
• Arrange their stems in a signature handheld bouquet holder
• Leave with something they created themselves

Floral Selection
Florals are thoughtfully curated based on the season to ensure the freshest, most beautiful blooms for your event.
Each Bloom Bar is designed to align with your color palette and overall aesthetic.
If you have specific florals in mind, they can be requested upon inquiry.
Otherwise, you can trust in a seasonally curated selection.
Additional fees may apply for specialty or out-of-season requests.

The Bloom Bar | $150
Every floral experience includes our signature Bloom Bar presentation for a one-time $150 experience fee.
Your Bloom Bar includes:

• Breakdown + pickup
Our standard presentation is intentionally polished, cohesive, and reflective of the Melanated Sunflower aesthetic.
Want the Bloom Bar designed specifically around your event? Custom styling is available as an enhancement.
How Pricing Works:
Simply choose your Bloom experience, multiply the per-person price by the number of participating guests, and add the $150 Bloom Bar Experience Fee.
Example: 20-Guest Signature Bloom
20 guests × $35 = $700
Bloom Bar Experience Fee = $150
Total Investment: $850 before tax

Transform the Bloom Bar to complement your event's specific aesthetic or branding. Custom styling may include coordinating ribbons, specialty signage, decorative accents, upgraded display details, and other personalized elements

Travel Policy
• Within 20 miles: Free
• Outside 20 miles: $1.25 per mile (round trip)
Deposit & Payment Policy 💳
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
• Remaining balance due 72 hours prior to event
• Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received
• Full terms provided in your service agreement
